BrightTalk is a platform for passionate students—those with bright minds, deep knowledge, and a desire to share what matters most to them. It’s for those who are intrigued by the power of public speaking and eager to inspire others with their insights. Modeled after the iconic TED Talk, BrightTalk gives these future leaders a stage to bring their ideas to life, showcasing their expertise and passions through impactful storytelling.

100% scholarship

Those selected will receive a 100% scholarship to undergo an inspirational public speaking training workshop from the University of Sydney’s Corporate Training Wing, led by an industry expert facilitator, Erin O’Dwyer.

Presentation Skills Workshop: Become an Authentic Public Speaker

Statements of Completion will be issued to all the participants by University of Sydney, Centre for Continuing Education.

  • Build your confidence and hone your presentation skills
  • Find a style and delivery mode that is authentic to you
  • Research and write well-structured content
  • Develop slide decks, and consider other props and staging requirements

Once trained, you get to present your ideas to a hybrid audience from your own campus in front of your classmates, invited friends and family, plus live telecasted to all other states, showcasing your brilliance and passion.
